Bienvenido a Domingo Arenas

Domingo Arenas, Puebla; a village rich in culture and history, is my family’s home village . This project is dedicated to documenting and sharing its unique story, exploring the village’s past, present, and future.

Our work encompasses various aspects of village life: the influence of the Popocatépetl Volcano on air quality, the burgeoning raspberry agriculture, and the education system's challenges and potential. Each element offers a window into how global and regional forces shape our community.

We also investigate Domingo Arenas’ historical ties to ancient cultures like the Mexica and Teotihuacan, aiming to validate our findings through collaborations with academic institutions. By doing so, we seek to contribute to the broader understanding of Mesoamerican history.
